About Our Organisation

We are a fintech startup aiming to revolutionise credit access for underserved communities. Our goal is to connect individual lenders and borrowers together, cutting out the need for intermediaries.

Our purpose-built technology platform has been game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs in India since 2008. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

We seek an experienced, dynamic and motivated People Leader to handle our HR department and support our employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's culture and growth. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated professional would be ideal for the role.

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and people-centric AVP – Human Resources to handle our HR function and support organisational growth. This role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture Development: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Evaluation: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Growth & Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policy Management & Benefits Administration: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
