Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates through various source mixes, including job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to TAT.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the warehousing/logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office knowledge.
