Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage one of our high-volume recruitment initiatives. This role will oversee the client's recruitment life cycle, working closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment needs.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts to contractors and consultants.
  • Assist HR Managers with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track various items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for senior management.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up-to-date and new jobs are opened daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Develop skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Support background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and implement process improvements.
  • Provide support during high-volume periods when needed.
  • Assist Recruitment Managers with creating monthly KPI Reports.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
