About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will involve supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment efforts, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in preparing orientation materials for new employees.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Assist with general office administration and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
