About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Manager to join our team at Idcube. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in Presales Management and will be responsible for managing the entire pre-sales process to support the sales team. This includes preparing sales presentations, solution designs, and architectures to help front-line salespeople with a better solution pitch. You will also identify requirement analysis and customization scope in tender documents, provide technical training to client staff as required, and comply with legal requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successful completion of pre-sales projects
  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Team collaboration and coordination
  • Adherence to timelines and deadlines


Requirements:
  • Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication and social competence
  • Relevant 6+ years of experience in Presales Management in Access Control and Biometrics products
  • Should have presales project handling skills, risk assessment skills, team grievances handling skills, and the ability to complete project document submission in a timely manner
  • The structured approach combined with a careful, accurate, and result-oriented methodology, especially in problem analysis
  • The candidate should have a zeal to learn new technologies and an analytical understanding of the solutions
  • The candidate should take initiative & ownership for delivering the tasks assigned within the timeframe
  • Flexible to travel (as and when required)
