Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be part of a fast-paced, diverse work environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be creating sales quotes but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Creating sales quotes for customers in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe.
  • Taking ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining a clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • German Language expertise is required.
  • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of the job.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

No travel is required for this position.
