About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and web chat. Your primary goal will be to deliver positive customer satisfaction by articulating complex client plans and provisions in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain internal and client-defined quality standards on calls and chats.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets.
  • Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of customer satisfaction, service level percentage, average handle time, session time, wait time, abandon rate, and call-back timeliness metrics.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in international customer service, preferably in a voice-based environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working knowledge of computers, with a diploma or short-term course in computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that this figure is based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
