Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Strategic Bid Manager to oversee and coordinate the preparation of competitive bids and proposals for Mitsogo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing bids within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements specific to B2B SaaS proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance) to gather and analyze information for bids.
- Develop and maintain a bid calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Create compelling, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our SaaS solutions and value proposition.
- Review and edit bid documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client requirements.
- Maintain and update a library of bid materials, templates, and case studies relevant to the SaaS sector.
- Analyze past bids to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies and enhance competitiveness.
- Participate in post-bid reviews to gather feedback and improve future proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related roles within B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems].
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
