About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Goldwind. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional to lead the company's commercial work in bidding, sales, and service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
  • Lead the commercial work in bidding, including developing bid strategies, managing bid teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids;
  • Draft and negotiate sales, service, and other contracts for international projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Manage project budgets and price books, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial development or a related field;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
