Global Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our commercial work in bidding, sales, and service contracts for international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial team in preparing and submitting bids, including negotiating contract documents, pricing, and project budgets;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Manage and coordinate the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to signing, internal review, and approval;
- Collaborate with the execution team to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer expectations;
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met, and any deviations or clarifications are addressed promptly;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and decision-making;
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector;
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or engineering;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams and communicate with various stakeholders;
- Self-motivated learner with high aspiration and discipline;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other project management tools;
- Ability to travel internationally for client meetings and project site visits.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
