About the Role

In this role as City Maintenance Manager at Moove.io, you will oversee the maintenance operations within Hyderabad ensuring the seamless functioning of our vehicles.

Your role involves coordinating with various teams, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing efficient processes to uphold our high standards.

We are looking for a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving to enhance our city's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate schedules and audit vehicle service maintenance & repair
  2. Handle escalations and manage conflict resolutions with our customers
  3. Build, manage, measure, and maintain relationships with suppliers and repair outlets to ensure fleet uptime
  4. Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs
  5. Ensure quality compliance and safety of Moove assets
  6. Manage the insurance process in line with policy requirements
  7. Ensure all insurance claims are completed expediently and vehicles brought back to operation in the minimum timeframe
  8. Manage authorizations of maintenance to ensure appropriate work is being done on the fleet at optimized costs
  9. Continuously improve processes and systems to create efficiencies and synergies
  10. Ad-hoc investigations and solutions as required
  11. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
  12. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve problems
  13. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
  14. Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
  15. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
  16. Critically evaluate tracking solutions in place to monitor driving habits of our DPs and provide training where necessary

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of fleet maintenance management experience (preferred)
  2. Associate's or technical degree in Motor Mechanics is a must
  3. Hands-on fleet industry experience is a must
  4. Strong customer service and organizational skills required
  5. Valid driver's license (preferred)
  6. Candidates will be subject to analytical tests prior to interviews
  7. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite, and web-based applications (preferred)

You will directly report to our City Manager and closely work with our India Operations Team.
