This role requires collaboration with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that foster business growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS LEADERS TO PROVIDE INSIGHTS ON ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEOPLE-RELATED STRATEGY.
  • CREATING COMPREHENSIVE PEOPLE PLANS THAT INFLUENCE LASTING CHANGE IN THE BUSINESS.
  • COLLABORATING WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP PROPOSITIONS FOR TALENT ACQUISITION, CAREER PLANNING, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, COACHING, DATA ANALYSIS, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, RECOGNITION PROGRAMS, AND REWARDS.
  • UTILIZING DATA TO IDENTIFY TREND AND IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of people in the business to ensure a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

Requirements:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN HR, PARTICULARLY IN TALENT MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, AND RETENTION.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN CONSTRAINTS.
  • COMFORTABLE WITH AMBIGUITY AND SKILLED AT PROBLEM-SOLVING.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR LEADERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
