Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee our day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking within the real estate sector.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Ensure recruitment timelines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rate.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
This role requires someone who can balance recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. As a bridge between employees and management, you will need to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Performance Management
The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff) and supporting managers in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews.


Training & Development
You will identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback, then coordinate training workshops on sales techniques, customer handling, compliance, and soft skills.


HR Operations & Compliance
In this role, you will maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases, handle payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with all labor laws.


Employee Engagement & Culture Building
The successful candidate will plan and execute engagement initiatives, build communication channels that promote transparency and trust, conduct regular feedback sessions, and employee satisfaction surveys.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries.
