As a strategic HR leader, you will drive business outcomes by developing and implementing effective HR strategies.

The Role – HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, overseeing HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance, designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, driving employee engagement and cultural initiatives, partnering with leadership on performance and career development, and maintaining HRIS and dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing turnover.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Culture Development: Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives that promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Partner with leadership to develop and implement performance management systems that drive business results.
  • Analytics: Maintain HRIS and dashboards to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll practices.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
