We're seeking a visionary HR Leader to spearhead our people operations, crafting an exceptional workplace culture that fosters creativity, engagement, and retention. As the driving force behind our team's success, you'll champion talent, design systems for growth, and prioritize employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Culture Development
- Foster an inclusive environment through initiatives promoting energy, ownership, collaboration, and recognition.
- Design programs for team bonding, internal communication, and employee development.
- Act as a culture ambassador—actively listening to team sentiment and shaping workplace dynamics.
- Talent Management
- Create strategic hiring pipelines attracting top talent aligned with our values.
- Develop long-term retention plans, including career paths, mobility opportunities, and impact-based recognition.
- Evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience for strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
- Performance Enablement
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes focusing on employee development and accountability.
- Partner with leaders to identify learning & development needs, coaching requirements, and career advancement tracks.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance through mentorship programs and internal upskilling initiatives.
- HR Operations
- Ensure HR policies are forward-thinking, fair, and compliant with labor laws.
- Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems and technology.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Employee Insights
- Track and report on key people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.
- Use data to proactively address challenges around retention, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Employer Branding
- Represent our employer brand on platforms like Glassdoor, showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish our reputation as a desirable workplace.
- 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setting.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Deep understanding of modern workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Strong grasp of labor laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on culture, retention, and growth.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Experience building HR initiatives directly impacting retention and team morale.
- A creative mindset bridging business goals and people needs.
- Background in Marketing / PR Agencies.
- HRMS Experience is a plus.
