Senior Human Resources Leader

About the role: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Talent Management Department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Solve Organizational Challenges: Create people agendas that enable business realization of ambitions.
- Build Relationships: Offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution with senior business leaders.
- Consult with Leaders: Develop comprehensive people plans to influence lasting change in the business.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with SME teams to create useful propositions for the business in talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
- Use Data Strategically: Identify trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and inform decisions on succession planning and career growth.
- Devise Deep Connects: Understand people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.
- AOP Planning: Understand making AOP as per business requirements.
- Education Qualification: MBA in HR required.
- Total Experience: 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee engagement & retention.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to work in a dynamic environment, build relationships with senior leaders, and contribute to organizational change.
