We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of our human resources strategies.
- Responsibilities will include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals and benefits programs, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives aligned with the organization's overall mission and objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within a large corporation or similar environment.
