Strategic HR Leader

Job Summary:
A Strategic HR Leader is required to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work culture aligned with business objectives.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and performance management by implementing effective strategies, policies, and processes tailored for a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, payroll, leave management, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring statutory and labor law compliance within the factory/plant setup.
- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to manufacturing/engineering setups.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
