As a senior leadership professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of an all-encompassing HR strategy that harmoniously aligns with the company's overarching business objectives. This pivotal role is based in Mumbai, reporting to the Regional P&C Head, APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are closely aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives.
  • Facilitate organizational restructuring efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, driving business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic HR programs that drive business results.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Provide visionary leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating risk and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, drive process improvements, and optimize HR efficiency.
