Hands-on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in US Staffing is mandatory.

Relevant working experience with MSP/VMS-based clients or direct clients is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates using creative techniques, job sites like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and recruiting tools.
  • Analyzing client requirements to understand position needs and technical skills.
  • Managing internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.


The successful candidate will have:
  • 5-7 years of work experience as a US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years as a team lead.
  • Strong technical expertise in the Non-IT sector.
  • Experience with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
