We are seeking a visionary Product Innovation Leader to drive digital transformation across our renewable energy operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the lifecycle of digital products that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, user-centric design, and strong execution capabilities.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's in Product Management is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in energy, utilities, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Achievements

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with our digital roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities in BESS and green hydrogen and Electrolyzer domains.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend assessments to inform product strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Tech Requirements

  • Leverage IoT, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and digital twins to build intelligent, scalable, and sustainable products.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by embedding analytics and dashboards into product offerings.
