Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

We seek a highly skilled, data-driven, and passionate professional to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This pivotal role will drive customer acquisition (B2C) and expand our corporate wellness partnerships (B2B). You will build and optimize our online presence, generate leads, and directly contribute to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives for B2C customer acquisition and B2B lead generation.
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team comprising a Content Writer, a Graphic Designer, and an SEO expert.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between content creation, visual design, and social media execution.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to optimize ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across channels using relevant KPIs (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, lead quality).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Oversee the content strategy, working closely with the Content Writer to ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized, and engaging content (blogs, website copy, articles, video scripts) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and attract high-quality traffic.
  • Oversight of social media strategy (working with the SMM and Content Writer) to build brand awareness, foster community, and drive engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints.
  • Email marketing campaign development and management for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
  • Focus on segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with relevant teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience (UX), conversion, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies, tools, and industry trends to stay ahead.
