Key Influencer and Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Influencer and Partnership Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands.

The successful candidate will have a strong network of creators and influencers in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space and will be able to identify and onboard relevant partners to drive business growth through content and collaborations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiating partnership deals that deliver return on investment.
  • Managing a steady pipeline of high-quality content for marketing purposes.
  • Building long-term relationships with top-performing creators and influencers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment of influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Tracking key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations, preferably in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle space.
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content trends and social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
