Solar Energy Acquisition Manager Job Summary

Candi Solar, a leading provider of solar solutions for businesses across Asia and Africa, is seeking an experienced Solar Energy Acquisition Manager to drive customer acquisition and scale our growth efforts online and offline. This role requires taking ownership of lead generation, campaign optimisation, and organic growth strategies for the India and South African markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using various channels, including Google SEM, LinkedIn, and Events.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Operations Management Team to bring all growth strategies to life and ensure the team meets targets.
• Design and implement conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance campaign performance across various channels.
• Utilise data-driven insights to influence decision-making throughout the sales funnel and maximise return on investment (ROI).
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth tactics and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimisation, and organic growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimise marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
