Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead administration of third-party distribution of alternative investments through wealth and brokerage divisions, overseeing the smooth execution of transactions and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding company-wide tasks that steer the company's operational direction, leveraging experience and expertise to drive positive outcomes.
  • Develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility, promoting consistency and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, fostering a culture of open communication, trust, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, showcasing ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams towards achieving common goals.
