Job Opportunity for a Strategic Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead our CRM strategy and development lifecycle. As a seasoned professional with 17+ years of overall experience, including 10-15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple orgs, managing strategic initiatives, and implementing modern DevOps practices.

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, configuration, and customization. You will need to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, evaluate new products and services, and systematically automate quality assurance within Salesforce.

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Oversight of multiple orgs
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as M&A integrations, customer-facing Experience Cloud sites, and cross-system data synchronization
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement robust DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Manage code quality, testing, and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and minimize downtime
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience (10-15 years) in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions
  • Expertise in systematically automating quality assurance within Salesforce
