Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

As a strategic program director at our organization, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects of varying size and complexity across IT and non-IT functions. You will define best practices, create templates, and establish governance frameworks. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Define best practices, create templates, and establish governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with proven Program/Project Management experience.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
