Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic programs across multiple initiatives. This includes program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as managing stakeholders and reporting on program progress to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors
  • Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving program objectives
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
