Project Director

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a proven background in IT services to lead and deliver complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, and operations teams.
  • Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
