Job Title: Delivery Director - Banking

This is a high-level role that oversees the design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale tech programs in the payments and transaction banking space.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will drive technical execution excellence, architecture alignment, and delivery rigor across global transformation engagements.
Program Management
  • The individual will oversee multi-stream programs, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
Team Leadership
  • The delivery director will manage large cross-functional technology teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps) to drive performance, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • The individual will engage with senior stakeholders on architecture reviews, technical direction, and delivery roadmaps.
Core Areas of Expertise
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs is required.
  • The candidate should have proven delivery of enterprise-scale payment systems, transaction platforms, and cash/channel banking applications.
  • A deep understanding of platform engineering, systems integration, and regulatory compliance is essential.
  • The ability to scale large tech teams, drive modernization, and lead cloud-native transformations is highly valued.
