Optimize Last Mile Delivery

Talasha seeks a seasoned leader to oversee city-wide operations for our quick service app in India. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end management of last mile operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
This role entails overall leadership and strategic thinking, with an emphasis on optimizing instant-delivery networks, reducing delivery timelines, and increasing efficiency.
- Manage ground staff and last mile operations from deployment to utilization
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements for customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and service efficiency
- Design optimized systems to guarantee on-time delivery of services
- Develop scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated in top cities across the country
- Build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters
Key requirements include 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last mile operations, handling operations P&L, managing large grey collar teams, and possessing excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience with operations management, process analysis, and team building
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
