International Google Ads Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per month.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase conversions and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to achieve optimal results.
- Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements to drive higher conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).
- Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members to achieve common goals.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization to drive business growth.
- Preferred: Experience managing international campaigns or working in an agency environment.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
