Google Ads Campaign Manager: Business Growth Specialist

We seek a seasoned Google Ads professional to lead Performance Max campaigns for local and regional businesses in North America.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a data-driven mindset. Your focus will be on driving real leads, return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically launch and manage Google Performance Max campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Develop and execute test-and-scale approaches to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale winning strategies.
- Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
- Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, lead quality, and more.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and ensure hitting lead and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on alignment and landing page optimization.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Google Ads Certification.
- Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for businesses in North America.
- Strong understanding of business segments and customer behavior in North America.
- Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance.
- Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
- Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
