Marketing Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Growth Strategist to drive impactful campaigns and lead our growth initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online channels
  • Optimize campaign performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Lead A/B testing of creative assets, such as ad copy, visuals, and formats, to discover innovative campaign strategies
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions and external forums
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands
  • Proven track record of managing international marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • Creative problem-solving skills with strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
  • Ability to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business direction and decision-making
