Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital growth efforts. As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across all digital channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven marketing initiatives that drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Implement attribution modeling, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization methodologies.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
