Job Title: Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple business segments.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding key corporate and institutional partners to drive direct sales growth in B2C training and certification enrollments.
  • They will also develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for B2B segments, leveraging their expertise in pricing, partnership development, and revenue model innovation.

In this role, the Growth Strategist will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive conversion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive direct sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on business development and growth strategy
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
