Content Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Content Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content growth strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth on YouTube.

Your primary objective will be to increase subscriber growth, watch time, and audience engagement through data-driven decision making and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, engaging content that meets our brand standards.
  • Analyze audience behavior and adjust our content strategy accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ.
  • A balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision making.

  • Experience working with infotainment channels or other formats that drive high engagement and growth.
