Job Title: Growth and E-commerce Strategist

Our company is seeking a talented individual to lead our growth and e-commerce efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our online presence and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Build and manage relationships with leading digital platforms to optimize ad spend and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Own Performance Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Boost Sales and Conversions: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Optimize Everything: Continuously monitor and improve product listings, conversion funnels, and overall user experience to ensure maximum visibility and trust.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to inform business decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry partners to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new markets, products, and channels to continuously drive growth and revenue.

What You'll Do

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our founders and senior leadership in a dynamic and agile environment. You will also have the freedom to experiment, fail fast, and scale what works.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce. Proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands, with a focus on ghee, oils, natural/organic foods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance numbers and storytelling. Proficiency in CAC, LTV, and ROAS, as well as brand equity and consumer love.
