Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • We develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The incumbent will lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign performance analysis and continuous optimization of bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Marketing budget management, tracking spend against performance goals, and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Driving growth through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Significant performance marketing budget handling experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
