Google Ads Campaign Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads campaign specialist to lead high-budget, multi-country paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

This is a strategic role that requires expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies. You will be responsible for strategizing, running, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Manage ad budgets of $100K–$300K+ per month
  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization
  • Collaborate with content, eCommerce, and strategy teams to drive measurable growth
  • Report campaign insights and performance directly to regional growth leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spends
  • Expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies
  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, or wellness sectors is preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets
  • Fluent in English
