About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen. The successful candidate will lead and manage delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.

  • Responsibilities include leading project managers, developers, and architects in delivering Salesforce solutions, as well as supporting hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • The role involves working closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations, while also engaging in delivery governance forums and collaborating with the sales team on proposals and strategic initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Proven delivery leadership experience for software development and Salesforce management programs, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders and willingness to travel for customer meetings (up to 25%).
