Job Title: Senior Strategic Leader

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to lead our strategic programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and manage reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.
  • Facilitate strategic governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items.
  • Manage and maintain strategic documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Systems and process orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills, out-of-box thinking, and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
