We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to join our team as a Strategic Growth Leader. This role is perfect for someone who has founded or led an early-stage venture and is now looking to drive strategic initiatives across multiple companies.
This role involves launching new products, entering new markets, and developing business partnerships that propel growth.
- Drive strategic initiatives: launch new products, enter new markets, and develop business partnerships.
- Own critical growth levers: affiliate marketing, PR/IR campaigns, and international expansion.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders: model financials, assess opportunities, and pressure test decisions.
- Ensure operational excellence: track key results, align cross-functional teams, and conduct process audits.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
- Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills: finance, operations metrics, and growth funnels.
- Crisp communication: draft investor memos, press releases, and strategy decks.
