  • Create and implement product roadmaps in alignment with company strategy & vision.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of issuing & acquiring products, including credit, debit, prepaid, and Forex.
  • Lead product life cycle management, conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market planning, launch, and evaluation.
  • Develop business cases and models for new business and product development.
  • Represent product lines in periodic reviews and partner with business teams for market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and industry trends for strategic planning.
  • Define business requirements for delivery in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Partner with program management, sales, marketing, service excellence, and legal teams to create go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Define and drive product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement, and retention.
