The Strategic Growth Manager is responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution. This involves identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and developing business cases to present to senior leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Identify potential M&A opportunities aligned with corporate objectives, conduct financial modeling, and perform due diligence processes.
- Strategy & Corporate Development: Develop and refine business strategies, assess industry trends, and create strategic plan documents for the business.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an MBA (Finance) degree from a top-tier institution or be a Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum CFA Level 2 certification preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/strategy roles
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, documentation, and financial analysis
