Job Description

As a key team member, the Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability.

  • Develop and implement effective product costing strategies to optimize profitability across product lines.
  • Build and maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM), overhead allocation, and cost structures for seamless production planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to inform pricing strategy and ensure profitable product positioning.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and recommend data-driven cost optimization measures to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain to control costs and enhance operational performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in product controlling, costing, or business finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present compelling, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting tools.
