Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven professional to assume a key role in driving our sales and customer engagement initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and have experience in sales, customer engagement or similar persuasion-driven roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
  • Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
  • Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
  • Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement or similar persuasion-driven roles.
  • Proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure target-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing).
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection.
