Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- D drive business growth through strategic lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies.
- Proven track record of handling high net worth clients and closing high-value transactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
