Job Title: Cluster Business Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Cluster Business Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of driving business growth and developing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to understand the cluster requirements, develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, and work closely with the Credit/Risk team to identify opportunities for expansion.

In addition, they will be responsible for managing people and teams effectively, including career management, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent. They will also be responsible for market mapping of the cluster, developing strategies for expansion of the market base, and proactively working towards development of new products/markets along with the Product Development Team.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing, or sales role, preferably from a banking organization. They should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

A graduate/postgraduate or MBA degree from a recognized university/premium business schools is essential, while certifications such as AMFI/NCFM/IRDA will be an added advantage.
