As a key leader in our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet committed timelines.

  • Own the customer experience from project inception to delivery, acting as the highest point of escalation for your region and resolving customer issues within agreed-upon ETAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable swift issue resolution for your team members to resolve problems on the ground.
  • Empower your team and attract top talent to strengthen your region's capabilities.
  • Maintain adherence to defined process standards and SOPs for a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for On-Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction Rating, and Timely Resolution of customer escalations.

Key Qualifications and Expertise

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools are preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/ business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants for maximum project reach.
